Media
Settings → Media holds the shared settings for Recorder buses. It's split off from Audio because these are media-file concerns, not engine/driver configuration, and separate from the driver mode/buffer settings that need a restart to take effect.
Recording
- Destination folder — where every Recorder bus writes its WAV files. One shared folder for all of them, not a per-bus setting — the 📁 button opens it in Explorer. If the folder doesn't exist (moved, deleted, an unplugged drive), Recorder buses show a warning wherever their status appears (Setup tab, Home tab, Simple Media tray) rather than failing silently the moment you press REC.
- Auto-stop after — a safety guard against a recording left running by accident. In minutes; 0 disables it.
- Auto-stop below — a safety guard against running out of disk mid-recording. In MB of free space required; 0 disables it.
Either guard, when it trips, stops the recording automatically and surfaces a warning — it doesn't just silently cut the file off.
Bit depth (16-bit / 24-bit) isn't here — it's genuinely per-bus, so it lives on each Recorder bus's own Setup tab.
