These Terms govern your use of Aura Mixer — the app, this website, and your account. By downloading, buying, or using Aura Mixer you agree to them.
1. The agreement
These Terms, together with the EULA and Privacy Policy, form the agreement between you and Net Glow Studios – Dawid Mika, a sole proprietorship registered in Poland (NIP: 5482769338) ("we", "us", "our"). Our registered business address is on record in Poland's CEIDG register and is available on request at support@aura-mixer.com. If you don't agree, please don't use Aura Mixer.
2. Your account
You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. You're responsible for keeping your credentials safe and for activity under your account. You don't need an account to use the Free version — only to activate Premium and manage licenses.
3. License, not sale
Aura Mixer is licensed, not sold, under the EULA. The Free tier is licensed at no cost with feature limits; Premium unlocks the full feature set for a one-time fee. We retain all intellectual-property rights in the software.
4. Purchases, pricing & taxes
Premium is a one-time, perpetual license — there is no subscription and no recurring charge. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never receive or store your full card details.
When Premium goes on sale, any applicable VAT will be calculated automatically (via Stripe Tax) and shown at checkout based on your location, and a VAT invoice will be available on request.
5. Refunds
Premium purchases are covered by our Refund Policy — 14 days, no questions asked — in addition to any statutory consumer rights you may have.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to resell, sublicense, or redistribute Aura Mixer or your license keys; not to share keys publicly; and not to use the software to break the law or infringe others' rights.
7. Beta software
Aura Mixer is currently in beta. It may contain bugs, change between releases, and is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
8. Disclaimers & liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aura Mixer is provided without warranties of any kind, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for your license in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law — including your mandatory rights as a consumer, or liability for death, personal injury, or intent / gross negligence.
9. Termination
You may stop using Aura Mixer at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or the EULA. Your perpetual license survives termination of the website account except where it was the subject of the breach.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. We'll announce material changes (e.g. by email or in-app) and update the date at the top. Continuing to use Aura Mixer after changes take effect means you accept them.
11. Governing law & disputes
These Terms are governed by Polish law. If you are a consumer, you also keep the mandatory protections of the law of your country of residence, and nothing here deprives you of them. Disputes are subject to the competent courts; as a consumer you may also use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform.
