1. The 14-day guarantee
Premium (Lifetime) purchases are refundable within 14 days of purchase, for any reason. This is a voluntary guarantee on top of — not instead of — any statutory rights you have as a consumer in your country.
2. Statutory withdrawal & digital goods
As an EU consumer you normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for online purchases. For downloadable software, that right can end once you start the download with your acknowledgement — but our voluntary 14-day guarantee above gives you a refund regardless, so you're covered either way.
3. How to request a refund
Email support@aura-mixer.com from the address on your account, with your license key. That's it — no questionnaire.
4. How refunds are issued
Refunds are returned to your original payment method via Stripe, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank. Any VAT collected is refunded together with the purchase.
5. After a refund
Your Premium license is deactivated and its device seats are released. The Free tier keeps working — you don't lose the app, just the Premium features.
6. During beta
While Aura Mixer is in beta, the same 14-day guarantee applies from your purchase date.
7. Chargebacks
Please contact us before opening a chargeback — we'll almost always resolve it faster, and a chargeback can lock your account while the bank investigates.
