This EULA covers your right to install and use the Aura Mixer software. It sits alongside our website Terms of Service.
1. License grant
Subject to this EULA, we grant you a perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use Aura Mixer on the number of devices your license allows — the Free tier, or Premium on 1 device (or 2 devices with the Dual-PC option).
2. Activation & offline use
Premium is activated per device. The app verifies a cryptographically signed license token locally, so it keeps working offline; it re-checks with our servers periodically when a connection is available to catch revocations or seat changes.
3. What you may do
Install and use Aura Mixer on your permitted device(s) for personal or commercial audio work, and move a seat to a new device using self-service deactivation.
4. What you may not do
You may not share, sell, rent, or redistribute the software or your license keys; sublicense it; circumvent license enforcement; or reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software except to the limited extent that applicable law (such as EU software-interoperability rules) expressly permits and we cannot lawfully restrict. You may not remove proprietary notices.
5. Ownership
Aura Mixer and all related intellectual property remain owned by us and our licensors. This EULA grants a license only — it does not transfer ownership.
6. Updates
Updates and bug fixes within your major version (v1.x) are included at no extra cost. A future major version (e.g. v2.0) may be a separate purchase, offered to existing owners at a loyalty discount. Updates may add, change, or remove features and are governed by this EULA; we may end support for old versions or operating systems over time.
7. Free vs Premium
The Free tier is licensed at no cost with the feature limits shown on the pricing page. Premium unlocks the full feature set under the same EULA.
8. Term & termination
This license is perpetual unless you breach it. On a material breach the license ends automatically and you must stop using and uninstall the software. Sections on ownership, disclaimers, and liability survive termination.
9. Audio safety
Aura Mixer processes and outputs audio and can produce loud, sudden, or full-scale sound — including feedback when an input is routed back to an output, and higher levels when you raise gain, disable clip protection, or stack effects. You are responsible for using it safely: start at a low volume, set safe levels before putting on headphones, and protect your hearing and your equipment (headphones, speakers, and amplifiers).
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for hearing damage, equipment damage, or other harm resulting from the levels or routing you configure. Aura Mixer is general-purpose audio software and is not intended for use where a fault or unexpected output could lead to injury or critical failure. Your mandatory rights as a consumer are not affected.
10. Warranty disclaimer
Aura Mixer is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. During beta especially, expect bugs and changes. Your mandatory rights as a consumer are not affected.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to the software is limited to the amount you paid for your license. Mandatory consumer rights, and liability that cannot be excluded by law, are unaffected.
12. Governing law
This EULA is governed by Polish law, subject to the mandatory protections of your country of residence if you are a consumer.
